Both my friend & I ordered the beef brisket sandwich with two sides. They reminded me of eating jerky. The three Dickey’s Barbecue Pit locations in Kennewick, Richland and Pasco closed Thursday. Also love the tacos they are deliciousThis place is not good. Bad mistake. Love the new menu, with cheaper prices and bigger meat portions you just can't beat that! But the service is friendly and fast!This is a fun, family friendly establishment. The onion straws were cold. The lady told me to choose another side or cancel your order. It is a favorite of mine. I had a large order for a graduation party and fed quite a lot of folks (obviously we practiced social distancing). I won't be visiting  this or any other Dickies locations...Portion sizes are small as well this time of night, I guess that's because it's near closing and they are trying to stretch their portions!Someone please tell me why I stood in line behind just a family of three and a single guy, yet hadn't even placed an order by the time 20 minutes had passed?The customer service was excellent. -Marin, Social Team.
